What Flowpane monitors

Flowpane checks seven governance artifacts across every site you manage:

Core concepts

Sites are the websites you monitor. Add them individually or in batch, and Flowpane verifies they're accessible before running checks.

Workspaces organise your sites into logical groups — by client, by team, or however suits your agency structure.

Governance checks fetch and validate each artifact against its specification, then score it on a 100-point scale.

The governance score is a composite health index across all artifacts for a site. It trends over time so you can track improvement.

Workstations are the detailed view for each artifact type. They show what was found, what's wrong, and how to fix it — with platform-specific guidance for WordPress, Shopify, Joomla, and more.
