Reading your governance score

Every governance check produces a score from 0 to 100.

How scoring works

Flowpane uses a weighted checklist system:

Score = 100 − (25 × fail count) − (10 × warning count) − (2 × info count)

  • A critical failure costs 25 points
  • A warning costs 10 points
  • An info-level issue costs 2 points

Score colours

Range Colour Meaning
80–100 Green Healthy — compliant with minor or no issues
50–79 Amber Improvements needed
0–49 Red Critical — missing, malformed, or serious problems

Site health index

Each site has an overall health index — a composite score across all seven artifacts. This appears as a circular score indicator on the site card.

Score history

Scores are tracked over time. The Score History chart on each workstation shows trends with adjustable granularity and range.

What the issues mean

  • Red dot + FAIL — critical compliance issue (e.g. "Expires field is missing")
  • Amber dot + WARN — best-practice recommendation
  • Blue dot + INFO — informational note with minimal score impact

Each issue includes an explanation and, where possible, a platform-specific fix recommendation.
