Editing URLs

Each row in the URL table is editable:

• Priority — 0.0 to 1.0 (homepage=1.0, depth-based decay)
• Change frequency — always, hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, never
• Included/Excluded — whether the URL appears in the generated sitemap

Individual overrides are saved permanently and re-applied on every crawl.
