Batch import

For agencies onboarding many client sites, batch import lets you add multiple URLs in one go.

How to batch import

1. Navigate to your workspace's sites section
2. Click + Add site
3. In the modal, switch to the Batch tab
4. Paste your URLs, one per line
5. Click Add all

Flowpane validates each URL and queues them all for verification.

Tip

You can paste URLs directly from a spreadsheet column. Flowpane handles normalisation — it strips whitespace, adds https:// if missing, and removes trailing slashes.

Batch import respects your plan's site limit. If you try to add more sites than your plan allows, Flowpane adds as many as it can and tells you how many were skipped.
